How can I place my order?

Can I order without having an account?
Yes, you can place your order as a guest by entering your mobile number or email ID, but it is always great to have an account for a better service experience.
How safe is it to use my debit/credit card or make an online transaction on the Akayu website?
All transactions on the Akayu site are SSL protected. Also, before initiating your transaction, please check the padlock sign before the site address in your browser.
How can I change my order?
To ensure a fast delivery, we start processing your orders immediately upon receiving them, so changing an order is practically not possible. Hope you understand.
Does Akayu have physical stores?
Yes. As of now, we have 4 operational stores in India.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order either by calling us on our customer care number or simply sending us an email before the order is dispatched.
Is COD available on all products and across all locations?
By and large, COD is available across all PIN code zones. However, there might be locations outside our courier operation areas.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery, while tampered packs will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery on all orders above 500 rupees. For orders below 500 rupees, there is a nominal delivery fee of up to 100 rupees, depending on your location.
What if I get an incomplete or damaged order?
Please do not accept any damaged parcels. Kindly notify us immediately with order details and pictures/videos of the damaged product to our email ID if the parcel is accepted.
Can I get delivery at multiple addresses?
We are sorry, but it's practically not possible for us to deliver at multiple addresses.
Do you deliver across India?
Although we deliver across all major locations in India, there might still be locations outside our area of operations.
How do you process a refund?
Refunds are processed directly to the account used for the transaction, while in the case of COD, the refund is processed to the account provided by the customer.
How can I apply a gift voucher/promo code while placing my order?
You can redeem them before making the payment in the order placement section/add to cart section. We do offer gift vouchers/promo codes from time to time.
